Unisex with a relaxed cut, true to size, S to 4XL. Garment-dyed heavyweight tee.

Disabled and still here. Still here, still fighting, still owed the same rights as everyone else, and the person in the tee has outlasted two benefit reviews, one eligibility purge, and a doctor who said she would not manage on her own. Defiance for people the system keeps trying to write off. This tee is the attendance record.

Wear it to the disability pride march, the benefits hearing, the support group, the ADA anniversary event, and the family dinner where a relative is surprised you made it. It is a strong gift for a disabled adult, a chronic illness survivor, a disability advocate, and the friend who showed up anyway.

The tee is a Comfort Colors 1717, garment-dyed in 6.1 oz ring-spun cotton, soft and evenly colored, with a heavier hand than a novelty tee and four words that read across a benefits hearing. Direct-to-garment. It bonds with the cotton.

Unisex, relaxed, true to size. S through 4XL. Colors: Black, White, Bay, Blossom. Also Chambray, Graphite, Ivory, Banana. It is the attendance-record entry on our disability rights page.

Designed and printed to order in the USA. Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach or iron the design.

Common questions

Is this for July or for the hearing? Both, on purpose. The person wearing it marches in July and testifies in March.

Would a disability group order these for July? Groups do. Every shirt is printed to order. Any mix of sizes, one order.

Which color do people pick? Black and Blossom. Bay for the march.

How does the 1717 fit? True to size, relaxed body. Order your usual.

Wear it to: the hearing, the clinic, Disability Pride Month in July, the parking lot where someone took your spot.

Fabric and fit

Comfort Colors 1717: 6.1 oz 100 percent ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed and soft-washed so it feels broken in from the first wear. Relaxed unisex fit, true to size, S to 4XL in eight colors. Double-needle stitching, no side seams, sewn-in label.

Measurements for every size are on the size and fit guide.

Printing and care

Printed to order in the USA, direct to garment: water-based ink goes into the fabric rather than sitting on top, so the print stays soft and does not crack or peel.

Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron the print. More on the fabric and care page.

Shipping and returns

Every shirt is made when you order it and ships from the USA. Current production and delivery times, and how returns work, are on the shipping and returns page. Ordering for a group? See group and bulk orders.
